About

Alvarez' Painting does interior painting, exterior painting, and drywall repair across Charlottesville. We measure first, explain the plan before a drop cloth goes down, and clean up like the job was in our own home. Homeowners in Crozet, Earlysville, and Keswick call us for the same reason: clear communication and spotless finishes.

The company started with a simple idea: most painting problems come from skipped preparation. So we build the prep into every quote. Scuff sanding, TSP washing, caulked seams, stain-blocking primer where it matters. Interior painting gets furniture covered and floors protected before the first coat. Exterior painting and deck sealing get scheduled around Virginia weather so coatings cure the way they should. When drywall repair is part of the job, we patch, sand, and prime until the surface disappears under the paint.

Beyond painting, we handle pressure washing for driveways and patios, soft washing for siding and fences, garage floor epoxy, and house cleaning, including move in move out cleaning. Homeowners get free color consultation before work starts. Commercial clients in Charlottesville rely on us for office cleaning, commercial painting, and new construction painting on builders' schedules. Erik and the team work across Charlottesville, Gordonsville, Louisa, Palmyra, Ruckersville, Scottsville, Stanardsville, Afton, and Whitehall. You get one crew, one point of contact, and a walkthrough at the end so nothing gets missed.

That is the whole method: measured first, painted right, clean after.
